FIRST AID COURSE FOR FUTURE MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVERS
LOCATION
Tržaška cesta 132, 1000 LJUBLJANA. Exams take place on the 1st floor of the RKS-OZ Ljubljana Humanitarian Center, entrance from Fajfarjeva Street (opposite the railway line).
DURATION AND PRICE
The course lasts 10 school hours. The course fee for motor vehicle drivers is €41.76 (VAT included) per person.
In the case of payment via bank transfer, it must be zaključeno within 3 working days after registration. Otherwise, the registration will be automatically cancelled.

We accept a maximum of 20 candidates per course. Registrations for individual dates are accepted until all places are filled. In the event that a candidate does not attend the course and does not cancel in due time (at least 3 days in advance or submits appropriate proof), all payments are forfeited and an invoice is issued for the reserved place.

Payment and Registration Information
- Participation in the course is only possible with prior online registration and proof of payment.
- The paid course fee is valid for 6 months from the date of payment – Article 14 of the Rules on First Aid Courses and Examinations.
- Cash payment is not possible.
- In the event that a candidate does not attend the course and does not cancel in due time (at least 3 days in advance), all payments are forfeited or an invoice is issued for the reserved place.
- In the event of an insufficient number of registrations, RKS-OZ Ljubljana reserves the right to cancel the course. Candidates will be notified in due time.
COURSE CONTENT AND PROGRAM
What will you learn in the course?
The lectures are conducted using modern teaching tools and aids, including demonstrations of practical exercises (e.g. basic life support procedures on a manikin and the use of an AED (automated external defibrillator)).
- Moral and ethical responsibility of an individual to help and act correctly in the event of an accident.
- Ensuring personal safety.
- The importance of calling emergency number 112.
- Basic life support procedures.
- Unconsciousness.
- Airway obstruction by a foreign body, bleeding, wounds.
- Skeletal injuries.
- Poisoning, sudden illnesses.
- Management of spinal injuries.

WHEN REGISTERING FOR A MONDAY SESSION, REGISTRATION IS AUTOMATICALLY VALID FOR THE TUESDAY SESSION AS WELL!!!

Selected Saturdays of the month, from 8:00 to 16:00 – one-day course
IMPORTANT!
- After payment, switching between dates is no longer possible, so please plan your date carefully.
- Any cancellation must be submitted at least 3 days before the scheduled date. In case of less than 3 days’ notice, cancellation is only possible with appropriate proof (certificate).
- Due to increased demand during the summer period, the waiting time for an exam date can be up to 3 weeks, therefore we recommend registering for the exam together with the course.
- For exam preparation, we recommend at least 1 week between the course date and the exam date.

How to get to us?
Access from the motorway:
Take the Ljubljana – West / Vič exit, then follow the signs toward the city center. At the first intersection, turn left, then follow the priority road (Fajfarjeva Street) until you reach our building (on the left).
Access from the city center of Ljubljana:
Drive along Tržaška cesta, then turn right between the Malgaj car dealerships. Follow the priority road (Fajfarjeva Street) until you reach our building (on the left).
Parking is available on the gravel parking lot along the railway, and the P+R Dolgi most park-and-ride facility is located nearby.
